What to expect
- About 5 to 10 minutes per person.
- A small handheld camera takes a clear photo of the inside of your eye. No needles. Most people do not need eye drops, but if drops would give a clearer photo, our team will explain first.
- You will see your own eye photo on the screen.
- A quick walk-through of what we see, on the spot. If anything looks worth a closer look, we will tell you which doctor to see next.
Bring your glasses if you wear them. If you have diabetes or high blood pressure, bring the medicines you take — it helps the conversation.
Bring the family — no need to call ahead
Drop by Essen Pharmacy on Saturday 9 May. Bring a parent, bring your spouse, bring the kids if you want — anyone who has been meaning to get their eyes checked. We will not upsell you a supplement at the end. ❤️
